Site survey &  indicative energy consumption analysis

What does your industrial truck fleet look like? How many operating hours and application areas are involved? Based on in-depth market knowledge and proven benchmark data from real-world operations, we provide a precise initial estimate of your energy requirements – going far beyond theoretical spec sheet values.

Preparatory feasibility studies

Based on the initial analyses, we assess both the technical and economic feasibility – from validating the consumption analysis to modelling application scenarios and developing infrastructure and energy supply concepts. We also evaluate cost-effectiveness, risks and alternative solutions – with a solid, practical foundation.

Project planning & implementation

We support you from conception to realisation – from the drafting of technical specifications, e.g. for an H₂ infrastructure, to support in technical procurement and the selection of suppliers, to project management. We also ensure that the necessary approvals process runs smoothly by working closely with specialised partners.

Technological & economic feasibility studies

Future-proof decisions based on solid analysis

In a dynamic landscape where numerous technological solutions promise a more sustainable intralogistics, it is essential to comprehensively evaluate both technical feasibility and economic viability. Our feasibility studies combine detailed load profile and energy demand analyses with robust business case evaluations. We take into account all relevant operational factors – from your current energy infrastructure to future developments. Drawing on extensive experience and proven reference data, we provide well-founded initial assessments that help you make future-proof decisions in an ever-changing world.

Load profile analyses

Transparent energy data to make the right decisions

The energy demand and power requirements of your intralogistics fleet depend on a range of factors – from battery technology and capacity planning to charging strategies, energy storage systems, or the use of hydrogen drives. A precise load profile analysis provides transparency and enables detailed evaluation of these variables to develop optimal solutions for your operations.

Infrastructure planning based on reliable data

Using proven real-world reference values, we determine the requirements for your energy infrastructure and tailor its design to your planned technology shift. We take into account peak loads, load curves and flexibility options to ensure both technical feasibility and economic efficiency.

Sustainable and cost-effective implementation

With our long-standing experience and robust analyses, we provide a solid decision-making foundation for targeted infrastructure investments – ensuring that technological changes are implemented in a way that is economically viable, resource-efficient and future-proof.

Transparent CO₂ accounting for sustainable intralogistics

Climate protection and sustainable business practices are becoming increasingly central to regulatory requirements and corporate responsibility. ESG reporting, environmental management systems in line with ISO 14001, or the EMAS III Regulation call on companies to systematically measure and reduce CO₂ emissions.

If emissions from your industrial truck fleet have been identified as a significant environmental aspect, we support you with reliable calculations and practical measures for emission reduction.

CO₂ accounting in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and ISO 14064

Our calculations are based on recognised standards such as the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol and ISO 14064, providing a reliable and auditable carbon footprint for your intralogistics vehicles. Emissions are analysed across the three internationally established categories:

  • Scope 1: Direct emissions from fossil fuels used in your own intralogistics vehicles (e.g. diesel or gas-powered trucks).
  • Scope 2: Indirect emissions from purchased energy, such as electricity for battery-electric fleets or hydrogen vehicles where hydrogen is externally sourced.
  • Scope 3: Other indirect emissions along the value chain, such as the production and disposal of batteries or the transport of vehicles.

Effective CO₂ reduction measures

Based on these analyses, we develop targeted measures for the sustainable optimisation of your energy and vehicle management. We identify how alternative drive systems, improved charging infrastructure or the use of green electricity can improve your emissions profile. Our goal is to provide you with a clear basis for making sustainable and economically sound decisions regarding the transformation of your fleet.

Looking to make your intralogistics more sustainable?

We help you measure, evaluate and reduce CO₂ emissions – accurately, transparently and effectively.

Project consulting and implementation support

From concept to implementation, we support you as an experienced partner. We assist with technical planning and specifications – in particular with the development of requirement documents for innovative energy and infrastructure projects, such as H₂ refueling systems.

In addition, we support you in technical procurement and supplier selection to ensure the best solution for your specific requirements. As part of project management, we ensure structured implementation and smooth execution.

You can also rely on our support during approval processes – through close cooperation with specialised partners, we ensure an efficient and reliable handling of all formal requirements.
