About

Our mission

greecon CONSULTING stands for sustainable, economical and future-viable solutions in intralogistics.

We support companies in reducing emissions and increasing efficiency
with expertise, independence and a clear focus on innovative technologies.

Climate targets & regulatory requirements

Legislative requirements to reduce CO2 emissions are increasing. Companies that implement sustainable solutions early will secure their long-term competitiveness.

Energy supplier independence

Energy prices for fossil fuels and renewable energy are volatile. A well thought-out energy strategy reduces reliance and gives businesses planning reliability

Sustainability as an economic advantage

Not every sustainable technology is necessarily the best choice. The key is to weigh up the pros and cons of energy efficiency, productivity and operating costs - with a strategy that pays off in the long term.

Sustainability as a competitive advantage

Customers, investors and employees increasingly expect sustainable strategies. Companies that actively pursue green solutions benefit from a stronger market position.

Our expertise

Behind greecon lies many years of experience in intralogistics - particularly in hydrogen, fuel cells, batteries, chargers and zero-emission drives. Through close collaboration with leading companies and consortia, we develop tailored solutions for our clients.

Our networks

Depending on the project, we can draw on a strong network of experts and partners. This flexible setup allows us to bring in the right specialists for every challenge - from technical analysis to strategic consulting.

Our vision

greecon is growing – our goal in the coming years is to build on what we have successfully started: supporting companies with innovative concepts to sustainably transform their intralogistics.

Intralogistics needs new directions – I help you find them.

My name is Tim Schultz, founder of greecon CONSULTING.

I am convinced that intralogistics is at a turning point. Sustainable, efficient and high-performing solutions are no longer a “nice-to-have” – they are essential for future resilience. But which technology is truly the right fit for your business? That’s where I come in.

From forklift truck expert to technology transformation

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ruhr University Bochum, specialising in production automation, I’ve spent over 13 years in senior roles in product management and sales for industrial trucks. From 2015 to 2022, I served as Sales Director Europe at Plug Power, where I drove the introduction and scale-up of hydrogen fuel cell systems for European intralogistics. I played a leading role in projects involving both mobile and stationary fuel cells, as well as H2 infrastructure, including:

  • BMW Leipzig – hydrogen-powered industrial trucks and warehouse equipment, including automated guided vehicles (AGVs)
  • Mercedes Düsseldorf – hydrogen forklifts
  • DHL / Streetscooter – development of a fuel cell drive system for light commercial vehicles
  • H2-GSE pilot projects – trials of hydrogen-powered ground support equipment (GSE) at airports including Hamburg (HAM) and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky (CVG), USA

I am a registered consulting engineer with the North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber of Engineers for the construction sector (Ingenieurkammer BAU NRW), and since January 2025, I am also a certified environmental manager (TÜV).
